Giving where I wasn't able to...

I recently lost a loved one who was an Ocean away from me. I wanted to be there to love her, to nourish her body, mind and soul, to bring her comfort for as long as I could. It brought me a lot of pain not being able to support her in death as I had following the birth of her youngest child. It's all I wanted to do... I guess... I want to give to people love and kindness in their last moments on this Earth. I feel a calling from her to help others not fear the peace that is to come. I want to help bring that peace; love is our natural state! I would want to provide a free hour where I sit with the person how they would like me to outside of making meals and tending to the home for them. Talking, crying, providing physical comfort, doing a favorite pastime with or for them. I want to help people not feel so alone in the journey beyond life.
